Material Control β All raw materials are carefully inspected and managed with serial numbers and IDs upon entry to ensure full traceability.
Production Control β Every process follows established SOPs and quality record sheets, with inspections conducted before and during production to maintain stability.
Internal Tooling Team β Our in-house team designs, manufactures, develops, and maintains tooling to guarantee precision and efficiency.
In-house IEC Laboratory β Comprehensive inspections are performed at the beginning, middle, and end of production to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with requirements.
Optical Sorting β Products undergo strict manual or automated screening, following SOPs and detailed checklists, to eliminate defective parts before shipment.
